At Black Tie Lane, we value your business and strive to provide the best transportation experience. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our refunds and cancellation policy below.
1. Cancellations
- 24 Hours or More Notice – Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Less Than 24 Hours Notice – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup are not eligible for a refund.
- No-Show Policy – If the passenger does not show up at the designated pickup location without prior notice, the full fare will be charged.
2. Changes to Reservations
- Reservation changes are subject to vehicle availability.
- Significant changes (date, time, or destination) made less than 24 hours before pickup may be treated as a cancellation.
3. Deposits
- Some bookings (such as weddings, proms, or special events) may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.
- Deposits will be applied toward the total fare but are not refundable if the reservation is canceled.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Service Issues
If you experience service issues caused by BTL (such as vehicle breakdown or driver no-show), we will:
- Offer a suitable replacement vehicle when possible.
- Provide a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
