- Deposits for special events (weddings, proms, corporate events) are non-refundable.

- Vehicles are intended for passenger transportation only. Unauthorized use may result in additional charges.

- Passengers are responsible for personal belongings. BTL Limo is not liable for lost or damaged items.

- All passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and other passengers.
- BTL Limo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting abusive, dangerous, or disruptive behavior.
6. Liability
- BTL Limo strives to provide safe and reliable transportation. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
